I am utterly in love with this session. The gorgeous location and antiques, Summer’s beautiful baby bump, and all the details that came together in perfect harmony to create such sweet memories! Summer is the sister of one of our recent brides, Stevi, and I am sure you will see a resemblance in their lovely smiles! It was great spending time with their families and seeing the love they share. Summer’s session was actually scheduled for the morning of her baby shower day and that made the session that much more special! Her mom gave Summer her gift before we started the session and as you will see in the images, it was absolutely breathtaking! It was a beautiful book with a lovely pink dress, but what was extra special about this gift, are the words from the book, which are written on the dress itself. Isn’t that the cutest idea ever?
Summer had her beautiful baby girl, Charlotte, on April 30th and we are thrilled for her and the family! This is such an exciting time for them and we hope that these images bring you even more happiness!! Much love!

I believe Rachel is one of our very first fans on our Facebook business page! Time flies, as I recall her sweet comments almost a year ago and our first emails back and forth months later! :) She is the sweetest and such a natural beauty! When we finally met Rachel & Edgar in person, we clicked as if we had been friends forever-so much so, that we went out to dinner & a movie, and forgot to discuss any details about a photo session! Ha!
Coincidentally, I also went to high school with Rachel’s cousin, Lance. Which just shows you what a small world we live in! We were so excited about creating a unique session for Rachel’s maternity shoot and we were happy when this lovely couple decided to take advantage of our as-you-grow package. This package is our favorite for expecting parents, as it documents the most important stages of your pregnancy’s journey and baby’s first memories. Edgar (known as Gooey to close friends & family), Rachel’s husband, is in the military and his schedule changes quite frequently. That made it quite the challenge to schedule their sessions, but we were able to make it work! Even if it was only days before Rachel was set to give birth to their gorgeous baby boy, Levi.
Let me tell you, for being a mommy-to-be in just a few short days, this lovely girl looked stunning & completely rocked the session! We had such an amazing time, full of laughs and moments never to be forgotten! Check out some of our favorites below, including Gooey showing off his artistic talents on Rachel’s baby bump and a few after Rachel & Gooey welcomed baby Levi home. {Baby Levi was born August 13, 2010 at 12:16pm 9 lbs 1 ounce 21 inches}.
Rachel, Gooey, & family, thank you for sharing your special moments with us and trusting us to capture them uniquely. We can’t wait to see your family continue to grow and to document the moments you are waiting for. ;)
God bless & much love!

I was speechless when I saw Chelsea’s awesome work of art (tattoo) and I knew right then that I had to capture it’s beauty along with her lovely baby bump! Isn’t it breathtaking? When I look at this image, I regret not having a maternity photo session when I had my two children. But that is why I love being a photographer! I can make sure that other women do not have that same regret! :-) Expecting a child is a beautiful stage that a women experiences and I hope to capture many more beautiful baby bumps! I must also point out that Chelsea’s other half, Victor was a great assistant during the shoot and such a great sport!!
This couple is completely in love and their baby, Chloe, is going to be showered with even more love! I can’t wait to meet her and do their newborn/family session! God bless this beautiful family!
