This birthday celebration had Miami Vice written all over it!
We were stoked to work an event again with Kania Coley & her team from The Complet Package , and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue than the fabulous Tampa Bay History Center. These beautiful gals at TCP (you can see them on the last image below) did an outstanding job! We are sure Brian, the birthday boy & family had an amazing time!

Khaled had a fun time shooting some fun lifestyle shots for local pro poker player, John Racener a few weeks ago. This 24 yr old made it to the final table at the WSOP and is headed to Vegas as part of the November Nine for the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event, a shot at an $8.9 million jackpot! We were happily surprised to see him on the front page of the Tampa Bay & St. Pete Times this morning! Check out the screen shots below that link to the articles on TBT & learn more about this intriguing young man, his journey through a life many of us only dream about & the awesome people in his life. One in particular, is Jeff Gigante, his manager & co-owner of the Lodge, Ciccio’s, & The Lime, south Tampa restaurants, which we have had the pleasure of working with and shooting various locations for their websites (being designed by Tafuro Communications).
Currently in Greece, for the Merit Cyprus Classic, running the 17th-26th of August, John is definitely staying busy!
We wish him all the luck during this intense time!

When Summer (Stevi’s sister) contacted us about her sister’s wedding, we were thrilled to get to know more about them! We met with Stevi & Josh and absolutely fell in love with this couple! They are so much fun and we are honored to be capturing their special day in March of next year! Stevi is originally from Tampa, but both Stevi & Josh currently reside in Mobile, Alabama. They came to Tampa a few weeks ago and we were able to take time for their engagement session! Let me just say, this couple is on the ball with their wedding planning! I love how prepared and timely they are! Their wedding day is going to be absolutely gorgeous!
We met on a rainy afternoon & the weather didn’t want to play nice for Stevi & Josh’s e-session, but we were determined! We did part one in the beautiful area of Channelside and the next day we finished up their fun session in Ybor City under a rainless, but very hot sun, lol! That’s Florida for you!
They are such an amazing couple to work with, under any weather circumstance!And the following images prove just how fun & beautiful they are, inside and out!
We were even able to take some shots with Max, the couple’s very patient & sweet dog. He has the most beautiful eyes!
And check out the first bouquet Mariana has ever created! How did I do? And might I mention, it was created in the car, on our way to the e-session! Stevi will treasure it always, right Stevi?!

In the past, We’ve worked and collaborated on a couple of projects with Tampa Wonderworks, the amazing cinematographers/film makers, Bryan & Tracey! When Bryan contacted us to work together with an awesome team (“Leftover Films” team) on a Film Project called 48-hour Film Project, we were very excited and couldn’t wait to get started! The 48-hour film project is an international film competition and it’s about creating a fim in 48 hours given a couple of elements at the kick-off party (see image below)! and when I say creating, I mean writing, casting, shooting, editing, and producing in 48 hours!Though we had a couple of road bumps and no sleep, we had the best time ever putting together our creativity and artistic skills to accomplish such an amazing project and couldn’t have asked for a better or more talented team!
On Friday night, we received our genre, character, prop, and the line of dialogue and with the amazing team work, we were able to submit the film just on time on Sunday night! Everyone dedicated his and her time and efforts and though we can’t summarize in one blog post all the amazing happenings from the weekend, the slideshow below shows a lot of great memories, talented team members and a unforgettable experience we had! Also, we were able to watch all (Tampa – St. Pete.) participating teams’ films at the screening in Channelside in Tampa, FL on Wednesday and were nominated for audience award! Check out below the film’s poster designed by Tracey, we were super excited to see one of our action shots chosen as part of the poster image!
We (Mariana & Khaled) love to take a moment and thank everyone for their efforts and commitment! It was such a pleasure to work with each one of the team members and our best wishes to everybody!
As of today, the judges have not announced the winners yet! We should hear from them soon and we’ll let everyone know ASAP!

It is so awesome when new clients come referred by previous clients! We believe that is the ultimate compliment! Joel found us through Adam! You may recall his fun fashion shoot with us a few months ago, if not, you can check out his hawt session preview on FB!
When I spoke to Joel, I was stoked about his idea! Joel & Anthony are best friends and they decided to celebrate their birthdays together this year and to have a fabulous fashion shoot to kick off their birthday celebration! Well, they came to the perfect pair! Joel & Anthony drove from Orlando and we had a blast during their shoot! Perfect lighting, location, and vibe, oh, and did I mention that they are drop dead gorgeous?! Check out the images for yourself! What more could you ask for?!
Joel and Anthony even had a friend kind enough to be the wardrobe assistant on hand!Joel #2! Joel, you were so helpful, thanks for also watching my back so that I didn’t get run over by a car when I was in my zone…in the middle of the street! Can we hire you full-time?!
We had such a great time & we want to thank Joel & Anthony for being such great models! Thank you for being so open and letting us pour our creativity into this shoot! The results are superb! We can’t wait to buy a few canvases for the office, we are in love with every single image so it will be hard to choose which ones! lol! Enjoy this preview!
